At Carousell Mobile, we want to make getting your order as smooth as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently only deliver within Singapore. However, please note that restricted zones and/or protected areas are excluded from our service area.

Delivery Options & Fees

When placing an order, you’ll be able to choose from the available delivery options at checkout.

• Pick-up Option: If pick-up is available, you can choose to collect your order from a designated location within the specified timeframe.
• Delivery Fees: The delivery fee depends on the method you choose and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order and charged accordingly at checkout.
  

Important Delivery Information

• Please double-check your delivery details (address & contact number) before placing your order! We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
• If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partners may attempt to contact you. Additional re-delivery attempts may be arranged if applicable.
• For drop-off at doorstep or secure locations, we may complete delivery even if you’re not home. A photo proof will be provided as confirmation. If you have specific drop-off instructions (e.g., leave at the shoe rack or parcel box), let us know at checkout.
• Once the order has been dropped off, we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.
  

Missed Deliveries & Failed Pick-ups

Missed Delivery? If delivery fails due to refusal to accept or missed re-delivery attempts, we may:

• charge you for additional re-delivery costs; or
• cancel your order and issue a refund (minus any applicable charges).

Missed Pick-up? If you don’t collect your order within the required timeframe, we may:

• contact you to arrange an alternative pick-up time (if available);
• charge a small storage/admin fee for extended delays; or
• cancel your order and refund you (minus any applicable charges).

Delivery Partners & Service Providers

We work with trusted delivery partners to bring your orders to you. By selecting a delivery method, you agree to their terms of service. Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to your shipping details. Please ensure all information is accurate before completing your purchase.
